| Description: |
Kate Bullen began her working life as a radiographer and changed to
art, studing at O'Halloran Hill TAFE and North Adelaide School of Art.
In
1997 she designed and co-ordinated a major tapestry commemorating the
150th Anniversary of Watervale, now on display at Quelltaler Wines. Her
work is mainly landscapes and streetscapes in oil, in which design and
colour predominate. Kate joined the Burra Art Society and has been
exhibiting for the last 3 years in many Regional Art Galleries and at
the National Wine Centre, winning awards and selling most of her work.
